sTHIS WEEKS RECOMMENDATION
This is a bavette ( skirt) steak pan fried and served rare after resting for 5- 10 minutes - an inexpensive alternative to sirloin or rump.

Other budget price steaks we have available include Salmon cut medallions from the silverside. Like all the economy cut steaks they need to be cooked hot and fast for 1-2 minutes each side then rested for at least 5 minutes. If you do not like your beef rare or medium rare then best braised with onions and vegetables .
